Technical preparation is mainly to provide technical basis for maintenance. For example: prepare existing or shredder equipment atlases and spare parts atlas; determine the maintenance work category and annual maintenance plan; organize the failures of shredder equipment during use and their processing records; investigate tearing before maintenance The technical status of the crusher equipment; clear maintenance content and plan; put forward various technical performance requirements to be guaranteed after maintenance; provide necessary relevant technical documents.
It should be noted in the preparation of the atlas: some shredder equipment can be directly selected from the ready-made atlas published or prepared by the relevant departments, while those without the atlas need to be prepared by themselves. The contents of the atlas should include: main technical data; schematic diagrams, system diagrams; general diagrams and assembly diagrams of important parts; diagrams of spare or wearing parts; installation foundation diagrams; catalogs of standard and purchased parts; rough diagrams of important parts, etc.
When determining the type of maintenance work, according to the size, content and requirements of the maintenance workload, the overhaul, intermediate repair, minor repair, project repair, and unplanned repair should be identified and divided.
The annual maintenance plan should be arranged according to the use of shredder equipment and the specific conditions of the unit.
In short, making good technical preparations before maintenance is an important factor to ensure the quality of maintenance, shorten the maintenance time, and reduce maintenance costs.
