The process of installing shredder equipment is:
① Accept the basic quality. Shovel noodles on the basis. Put the pads on, and perform the disassembly, washing, inspection, or pre-installation of the equipment; ② Install and adjust the equipment so that it has the correct position (correction, leveling, and elevation), fasten the foundation bolts, and check the correctness of the position; ; ④ trial run.
After the foundation is solidified, quality inspection and acceptance should be performed. Mainly check whether the deviation of the size and position of the foundation meets the requirements of mechanical installation.
When installing heavy shredder equipment, in order to prevent the foundation from sinking or tilting after installation to prevent the normal operation of the machine, the foundation should be preloaded before installation. After the basic health period expires, the weight of the foundation (steel plate or casting) is doubled, and its weight is twice the weight of the equipment plus the maximum weight of the machine. Observe daily with a spirit level until the foundation is no longer sinking.
Before the shredder equipment is formally installed, the foundation surface must be carefully cleaned to remove surface soil, scum, and oil. On the surface of the foundation, in addition to the place where the pad is placed, all areas where secondary grouting is required should be imam to ensure that the foundation and the secondary grouting layer can be firmly combined.
The foundation bolt, also called an anchor bolt, is used to fix the installed shredder equipment. Its commonly used forms are full-buried, semi-buried and reserved-hole. The full-buried type is to connect the anchor screws and the metal fixing frame together (welding or rolling), and then pour them into the foundation concrete, but because the fixing frame remains in the foundation, a large amount of steel is consumed. If the anchor bolts are misaligned during construction or pouring the foundation, it is not easy to correct afterwards. The semi-buried type is an adjustment hole with a certain depth in the upper part of the foundation, which can make up for the pouring deviation of the anchor bolts and is relatively easy to correct. The reserved hole type is to leave all the positions of the anchor bolt holes when the foundation is irrigated (just place the wooden shell board), and then fill the bolt holes with cement mortar after the mechanical installation is disturbed. Although the reserved hole type is simple and convenient to construct, it has poor fastness and is not suitable for the installation of heavy machinery such as mining and metallurgy.
The function of the pad placed between the mechanical base and the foundation surface is: the height and level of the shredder equipment can be adjusted by adjusting the height of the pad; the machine weight and working load are evenly transmitted to the foundation through the pad; Keep a certain distance from the foundation so that the secondary grout can fill the bottom space of the machine. Under special circumstances, the deformation of the base can be corrected by the pad.
